Q:    Are these sites really free?

A:    Yes.  If you sign up for one of our free packages, it is completely free.

Q:    Why would you offer free websites?

A:    We feel that it is important for professionals to have a web presence.  Many times people don't know where to get a website or how much they should cost, and end up spending way too much.  We wanted to offer a quick, inexpensive solution to getting your web presence.  And, honestly, we would like to up-sell you to our Premium or Platinum site packages, as we think that they will give you the best value for your dollar compared to other services out there

Q:    With the Free and Premium packages, what will my domain name be?

A:    Your domain name will start with www.MyLoanOfficerSite.com followed by a combination of your first and last name (Example www.MyLoanOfficerSite.com/BobJones).

Q:    I noticed that my website is at MyLoanOfficerSite.com instead of FreeLoanOfficerSites.com. Why is that?

A:    We think that just because you are savvy and found a free website, your clients don't need to know that it is free.  That is why we put your site under MyLoanOfficerSite.com.

Q:    Will I be the only one with the particular web layout that I choose?

A:    These sites are not exclusive, and you will have the ability to customize only your Biography and Contact Information with our Free sites.  However, if you are signed up for a Premium or Platinum service, you will have the ability to customize the site as you wish, including the ability to upload a picture and/or logo.

Q:    If I just wanted to buy one of these templates to put on a site that I already have, can I do that?

A:    We do not offer the availablility to have us host this site on your domain name, however there is a very simply solution that will allow you to advertise your domain name and use these templates. On your domain name (ex: www.YourName.com), simply place the following piece of code and your traffic will be auto-forwarded to your new FreeLoanOfficerSites.com site: Just change 'http://YourFreeLoanOfficersites.com' to the URL of your free site.

Q:    I would like to have a really dynamic website.  Do you guys offer custom website design?

Q:    What if I make a typo when entering my biography or contact info?  Can I go back in and change it?

A:    Yes.  When you log in the next time you will have access to adjust your biography and contact info.

Q:    Do you offer any other free services?

A:    Yes.  We also run the www.FreeLoanFlyers.com website. There, you can get free customized mortgage flyers that you can print yourself, or upgrade to professional printing for that added touch of professionalism.

Q:    The Free sites come with some small advertisements on them.  Can I get the advertisements off my site?

A:    Yes.  You can upgrade to a Premium or Platinum site package which will provide you with an ad-free site.

Q:    I noticed that the ads on my site changed.  Do I have to worry about having 'objectionable' ads showing up on my site?

A:    No.  The ads that are on the site are all ads that we would allow on our own site if we were Loan Officers.  We carefully screen the ads that you see.  You will not see any ads with any objectionable content, or for any type of competing sites (no other loan or mortgage ads).  The only financially oriented ads that you may see are for companies offering online banking/savings accounts, credit cards, and/or brokerage accounts.

Premium & Platinum Sites

Q:    With the Platinum site I can get my own domain name.  Can you guarantee that I can get the name I want?

A:    With the tens of millions of domain names that have been registered, there is no way that we can guarantee that the exact name you want will be available; however, we can assist you with finding an appropriate name that has not been registered and we can get it for you.
